Well, 2nd day working out with my daughter, and she is in shape. We belong to our local Y and work out there. I started doing the pull up bar and the dip a few visits back ( a friend and I go twice a week). It is amazing how much different a body is at 47 vs 16. I am thinking of doing some contest like a triathlon or something to keep me motivated.
20 pounds is what I want to lose, and gain some nice abs and definition in my arms.
